Since
1977, Twin D has been representing quality manufacturers of plumbing
products. Based upon the simple principles of service and integrity,
Twin D has grown to be one of the largest manufacturers representative
agencies representing plumbing lines in New York State. Attention
to detail and a philosophy of building long term customer relationships
has enabled Twin D to develop and maintain some of the finest lines
available in the plumbing industry. Our marketing philosophy To be a professionally oriented service and sales agency fully accessible to wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and specifiers alike. To provide after sales back-up and training in order to insure a strong relationship which results in repeat orders.” It is our philosophy to have a deep market penetration with fewer lines, and a good mix of new construction, repair / remodel, off-the-shelf and specification items available to all segments of the marketplace. In 1996 we elected to broaden our base, and expand into retail. For the convenience
of our customers, our offices have a responsive staff, along with
state of the art systems such as on line order entry, fax, e-mail,
and WATS lines.
